I was in for a spa day at the leisure club and was welcomed by Silvia at reception. She immediately made me feel comfortable with her warm, friendly manner and excellent customer service skills. She was professional, approachable, and very helpful throughout my visit. I was also impressed by the high standard of cleanliness around the leisure centre. The reception and surrounding areas were spotless and clearly well-maintained, which really enhanced the overall experience. Silvia takes great pride in her work, and it shows

Excellent service at the voco Hotel leisure center. Izabella was welcoming and showed genuine hospitality. The facilities were clean and well maintained. Then I had the pleasure of being treated by Olivia. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed and completely at ease. Her technique was exceptional the perfect balance of relaxing and therapeutic. and she checked in just enough to make sure the pressure was exactly right without interrupting the flow.The room was calming. I left feeling lighter, and completely de-stressed. If you’re staying at the Voco or simply looking for a fantastic massage, I highly recommend booking with Olivia. I’ll definitely be returning!

Amazing back massage and facial by Olivia. Probably my best massage ever! 5 stars for the massage. However the facilities were a bit grimey and the sauna was very small. Nowhere to lie down by the pool, and not allowed to go to the hotel bar in your robe. Services could be improved.

We’re currently staying at voco Oxford Spires Hotel and it’s been a really great experience. The hotel feels calm, comfortable, and well looked after, exactly what you want when visiting Oxford. The highlight for us was definitely the restaurant. The food was genuinely amazing, we had the best steak and the best cheesecake ever. Everything was cooked perfectly and felt like a real treat. A special thank you to Eldhose, our waiter, who was incredibly kind and welcoming. He looked after us so well, gave great recommendations, and even suggested things for us to do tomorrow in Oxford, which was such a thoughtful touch. Service like that makes the whole stay feel extra special. We’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Oxford.

I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the years but I was blown away by the staff at Voco Oxford Spires. I was staying for the weekend of my wedding which was held in the city centre. All my bridesmaids commented on what incredibly kind interactions they had with every single member of staff in the whole hotel. Vivek and Barbara on reception, and the maitre Ds at breakfast are people I particularly want to highlight offered us exceptional customer service in particular went above and beyond with such kindness and grace. And I can’t stress enough that every member of staff we interacted with offered an exceptionally high standard of service.

Excellent Voco Hotel. Location - Best - 15 minutes walk into central Oxford. Rooms- Clean , comfy Bed , big enough for 3 people. Extra bed (sofa) comfortable to sleep 3 nights. Amenities- water and good coffee Staff - Very Good - Aisha at the Reception save my day, she is a Gem for this Hotel and for all IHG properties. Without her it would all turned disastrous. Thank You Ausha , 1 more time! F&B staff also very attentive and helpful. Food was delicious and good quality. As well the breakfast and dinner. Plenty parking spaces. Swimming pool is warm (perfect for families) Also good for swimming. Sauna clean and hot. Overall a 5 star stay. Will be back soon.

I stayed at the hotel and was really impressed with the customer service from the moment I arrived. I even received a chocolate on arrival, which was a lovely and thoughtful touch. The room was very good, spacious, and comfortable. There is also plenty of parking available around the building, which made things easier. The hotel itself looks very luxurious and well maintained, and having a restaurant inside is a big plus. It’s also worth noting that Westgate Oxford is only about 5 minutes away by car, so it’s a great location if you’re planning to visit the city centre. Overall, definitely a good place to stay if you’re visiting the area.

Olivia really deserve her flowers for the excellent treatment. She is an amazing therapist, actually one of the best i must say. She tailored the message to my needs by constantly checking if the pressure was good and asking if i was comfortable. She has that easy way to put to sleep by just a simple touch. The treatment was excellent. What a treat!!!
